International Ordering Guide
SpiderMaker accepts inquiries and orders from customers outside Taiwan. Because international shipping costs vary by destination, product type, order quantity, package weight, and package dimensions, international orders are handled individually rather than through the standard website checkout process.
To request a quotation, please contact us by Email and provide the following information:
- Product name, specification, color, or model
- Required quantity for each product
- Destination country or region and postal code
- Recipient or company name
- Any additional order or shipping requirements
Order Confirmation and Payment
After the product details, quantity, destination, and shipping cost have been confirmed, SpiderMaker will create a custom order on the official website and provide the customer with a dedicated payment link.
Payment is made by credit card through the custom order page. Full payment must be completed before the order is prepared and shipped.
Before completing payment, please carefully confirm the following:
- Product name and specification
- Order quantity
- Recipient information
- Shipping address and postal code
- Product price and international shipping charge
International Shipping
International orders are generally shipped by UPS.
Shipping costs are evaluated individually based on:
- Destination country or region
- Postal code
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Package weight and dimensions
For this reason, a fixed international shipping rate cannot be displayed in advance on the website. The final shipping charge will be provided after the order details have been reviewed.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges
Product prices and international shipping charges do not include import duties, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.
All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Depending on the destination and local procedures, these charges may be collected from the recipient by UPS, a customs broker, or the relevant local authority before or upon delivery.
Changes and Cancellations
Once payment has been completed, the order cannot be canceled.
Requests to change the product quantity or shipping address may be discussed before shipment, but all changes are subject to confirmation and are not guaranteed. Changes may also affect the product total, shipping cost, and delivery schedule.
