HF-PET High-Flow PET · Fast Printing and Stable Extrusion

SpiderMaker HF-PET is a high-flow PET filament developed for higher extrusion-demand applications. Its optimized melt flow helps maintain continuous and stable extrusion as print throughput increases, reducing the risk of clogging during high-flow printing.

The material is also tough and resistant to breakage, while its required nozzle and bed temperatures remain close to the operating range of standard PLA. It is suitable for rapid prototyping, large models, fixtures, functional parts, and long print jobs.

In-House R&D · Made in Taiwan

SpiderMaker independently develops its HF-PET formulation and manufactures the filament at its own factory in Pingzhen, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Material selection, formulation development, production, diameter control, and quality management are handled by a professional in-house team to provide stable and consistent filament quality.

Printing and Storage Tips

  • For initial testing, start near a nozzle temperature of 220°C and a bed temperature of 60°C, then adjust according to the printer and model.
  • No fixed printing speed is specified. Increase speed gradually according to hotend flow capacity, nozzle size, layer height, and cooling performance.
  • The high-flow formulation supports faster printing, but exceeding the printer's melt-flow capacity may still cause under-extrusion or reduced surface quality.
  • For long print jobs, filament that has been opened for an extended period, or signs such as bubbling, popping, or rough surfaces, dry at 50°C for approximately 6 hours.
  • After use, seal the filament with desiccant and avoid prolonged exposure to high-humidity environments.
  • Before using AMS, confirm that the spool rotates freely and secure the filament end after printing to prevent loosening or tangling.
