SpiderMaker PA-CF20 uses a carbon-fiber-reinforced copolyamide formulation. Rather than prioritizing extremely high rigidity, it is designed around toughness, impact resistance, heat resistance, and reduced brittleness, making it suitable for functional parts exposed to bending, impact, and long-term use.
With an HDT of 141.5°C, 19.63% elongation at break, and 40.8 kJ/m² unnotched Charpy impact strength, PA-CF20 combines heat resistance with ductile toughness in a carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon material.
Toughness-Oriented · Impact Resistant · Less Prone to Brittle Fracture
HDT 141.5°C · For Heat-Resistant, Long-Service Functional Parts
Actual printing conditions may vary depending on the printer, printing speed, nozzle specifications, model design, and operating environment.
Designed to balance ductility and durability rather than maximize rigidity, reducing the risk of brittle fracture under bending or impact.
An unnotched Charpy impact strength of 40.8 kJ/m² makes it suitable for parts exposed to impact, vibration, or repeated operation.
Provides heat resistance for functional applications beyond the typical service range of standard PLA and PETG.
An elongation at break of 19.63% supports designs involving clips, bending, or pulling better than brittle carbon-fiber engineering materials.
The carbon fiber produces a refined, low-glare engineering finish suitable for housings, fixtures, and professional-looking functional parts.
Choose 500g for material evaluation and lower-volume engineering use, or 1kg for long print jobs, production fixtures, and continuing applications.
