Actual printing and post-curing results may vary with printer light intensity, release-film condition, model structure, ambient temperature, and post-curing equipment.
SpiderMaker EX-300BL is a balanced engineering UV resin that combines rigidity, toughness, strength, and fine detail. It is suitable for multipurpose functional parts that require structural support while reducing the risk of brittle failure.
Compared with high-rigidity resins, EX-300BL provides better elongation and impact resistance. Compared with more flexible resins, it retains sufficient shape support and surface detail. It is suitable for prototypes, housings, accessories, fixtures, and general engineering parts. Printed parts may still shrink depending on model size, geometry, exposure, and post-curing conditions. For assembly tolerances, print a test part first.
Balanced Rigidity and Toughness · Fine Detail · Good Flow
For Functional Prototypes, Housings, Accessories, Fixtures, and Multipurpose Engineering Parts
SpiderMaker develops the EX-300BL formulation in-house and manages production and quality control in Pingzhen, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Raw-material selection, formulation, color control, and product inspection are all handled by its professional team.
Combines a tensile modulus of 1489 MPa, elongation at break of 8.6%, and unnotched Charpy impact strength of 20.6 kJ/m². Suitable for parts that require structural support without excessive brittleness.
Compared with high-rigidity, low-elongation resins, EX-300BL offers better tolerance to impacts, assembly, and everyday use.
Reproduces small structures, edges, and surface textures for printed parts that require both appearance and function.
The resin flows readily around the build platform and fine model details, supporting stable printing and easier cleaning.
Suitable for functional prototypes, product housings, equipment accessories, fixtures, fasteners, and general engineering applications.
Compatible with Phrozen, Elegoo, Anycubic, and other 405nm LCD / DLP UV resin printers.
