SpiderMaker AS-350 is an engineering UV resin developed for surface friction, sliding contact, and everyday scratching. It combines scratch resistance with self-lubricating properties, making it suitable for functional parts that undergo frequent contact, sliding, or repeated operation.
The material can reduce friction in general-use conditions and improve resistance to everyday surface scratches. Actual scratch and sliding performance will still vary with the contacting material, surface roughness, load, speed, and operating environment. Verify performance with a test part before final use.

For Frequently Operated, Repeated-Contact, and Low-Load Sliding Parts
SpiderMaker develops the AS-350 formulation in-house and manages production and quality control in Pingzhen, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Raw-material selection, formulation, color control, and product inspection are all handled by its professional team.
Under everyday contact and light friction, the surface is less likely to show obvious scratches, making it suitable for exposed parts where appearance must be maintained.
Suitable for parts with relative sliding or repeated contact, helping reduce friction and sticking during operation.
With a tensile modulus of 1135 MPa and flexural modulus of 1449 MPa, it maintains basic structural support while providing a degree of impact resistance.
Suitable for buttons, knobs, sliders, guides, protective covers, and other parts that are frequently touched or repeatedly operated.
Reproduces small structures, edges, and surface textures for models that require appearance, sliding function, and assembly performance.
Compatible with Phrozen, Elegoo, Anycubic, and other 405nm LCD / DLP UV resin printers.
Do not use it directly for high-load bearings, prolonged high-speed friction, or safety-critical parts without prior validation.
