SpiderMaker Tough-250 is an ultra-tough engineering UV resin developed for high-impact, drop-resistant, and deformation-tolerant applications. Its unnotched Charpy impact strength exceeds 125 kJ/m², helping printed parts resist brittle failure when dropped or struck. It is especially suitable for functional parts that require repeated use and impact resistance.
With 33.7% elongation at break, the material combines good ductility with structural support. It is suitable for snap-fits, fasteners, drop-resistant housings, mechanical parts, and printed parts that require drilling or tapping. For assembly tolerances, print a test part first to confirm actual shrinkage and fit.
Exceptional Drop Resistance · Ultra Toughness · Reduced Brittleness
Charpy Impact >125 kJ/m² · Elongation at Break 33.7%
SpiderMaker develops the Tough-250 formulation in-house and manages production and quality control in Pingzhen, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Raw-material selection, formulation, color control, and product inspection are all handled by its professional team.
With unnotched Charpy impact strength exceeding 125 kJ/m², it withstands drops, impacts, and repeated use, making it suitable for functional parts that require exceptional drop resistance.
An elongation at break of 33.7% allows parts to deform under load and reduces the sudden brittle failure often associated with conventional rigid resins.
Suitable for snap-fits, fasteners, retaining clips, and connecting parts that require temporary elastic deformation and repeated assembly.
Good toughness helps reduce cracking during drilling, tapping, and subsequent assembly, making it suitable for printed parts that require screw fastening or machining.
In addition to high toughness, it reproduces small structures, surface textures, and complex geometries for models that require both appearance and function.
Compatible with Phrozen, Elegoo, Anycubic, and other 405nm LCD / DLP UV resin printers.
