Actual printing and post-curing results may vary with printer light intensity, release-film condition, model structure, ambient temperature, and post-curing equipment.
SpiderMaker EX-450HR is an engineering UV resin characterized by high rigidity, fine detail, and good flow. It is suitable for functional parts that require structural support together with precise surface and geometric detail.
The material is suitable for industrial fixtures, structural prototypes, mechanical parts, equipment accessories, and highly detailed functional models. Printed parts may still shrink depending on model size, geometry, exposure, and post-curing conditions. For assembly tolerances, print a test part first.
High Rigidity · Fine Detail · Good Flow
For Fixtures, Structural Prototypes, Mechanical Parts, and Highly Detailed Functional Models
SpiderMaker develops the EX-450HR formulation in-house and manages production and quality control in Pingzhen, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Raw-material selection, formulation, color control, and product inspection are all handled by its professional team.
A tensile modulus of 2078 MPa and flexural modulus of 2531 MPa provide structural support for functional parts.
Provides clear reproduction of small structures, edges, and surface textures.
The resin flows readily around the build platform and fine model details, supporting stable printing and easier cleaning.
A tensile strength of 42.7 MPa and flexural strength of 81 MPa support both engineering structure and detailed appearance.
Suitable for industrial fixtures, structural prototypes, mechanical parts, equipment accessories, and other rigidity-focused applications.
Compatible with Phrozen, Elegoo, Anycubic, and other 405nm LCD / DLP UV resin printers.
