Printing and Storage Tips

  • Dry at 70°C for at least 8 hours before printing. For long print jobs, consider feeding directly from a filament dryer depending on ambient humidity.
  • For initial testing, start near a nozzle temperature of 280°C and a bed temperature of 75°C, then adjust according to the printer, model, and desired surface finish.
  • Large flat surfaces, sharp corners, and models with small bed-contact areas should use an appropriate bed-adhesion method and a stable printing environment.
  • Seal the filament immediately after use with desiccant and avoid prolonged exposure to high-humidity environments.
  • If bubbling, popping sounds, rough surfaces, or unstable extrusion occur, dry the filament again before printing.
  • This product's recycled-material positioning is intended to communicate material circulation and practical use. Do not state a specific carbon-emission reduction percentage without formal LCA data or third-party certification.
