SpiderMaker High Gloss PLA 2.0 delivers a vivid metallic sheen that reduces the plain plastic appearance of conventional filament. As the viewing angle and lighting change, printed objects display richer highlights, shadows, and surface depth.

This product is a 1kg spoolless refill designed for installation on a Bambu Lab reusable spool or another compatible reusable spool. The 2.0 formulation also reduces the risk of brittleness during prolonged curved filament routing, improving automatic feeding and multicolor printing stability.

Refill Installation and Use

Compatible Spools: Bambu Lab reusable spool or another dimensionally compatible reusable spool

AMS Use: After installation and confirmation that the filament is securely fixed, the refill can be used with the Bambu Lab AMS feeding system

Before installation, confirm that the spool can securely hold the refill. Follow the spool manufacturer's assembly instructions to prevent filament loosening, misalignment, or tangling.

In-House R&D · Made in Taiwan

SpiderMaker independently develops its High Gloss PLA 2.0 formulation and manufactures the filament at its own factory in Pingzhen, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Material selection, formulation development, production, diameter control, and quality management are handled by a professional in-house team to provide stable and consistent filament quality.

Printing and Storage Tips

For initial testing, start near a nozzle temperature of 220°C and a bed temperature of 55°C, then adjust according to the printer, model, and desired surface appearance.
The printer's Generic PLA profile can be used as an initial reference and fine-tuned according to actual extrusion performance.
The metallic sheen may vary with printing temperature, layer height, toolpath direction, model surface angle, and lighting position.
During refill installation, prevent the filament coil from opening and confirm that both sides of the spool are fully and securely engaged.
After use, seal the filament with desiccant and avoid prolonged exposure to high-humidity environments.
If bubbling, popping sounds, rough surfaces, or increased stringing occur, dry the filament appropriately before printing.
Secure the filament end in the spool hole after use to prevent loosening or tangling.
