SpiderMaker manufactures SpiderFlex Matte TPEE at its own factory in Pingzhen, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Raw-material drying, production, diameter control, and quality management are handled by a professional in-house team.

Printing and Storage Tips

  • Flexible filament may compress or buckle in the filament path. Use a reduced print speed and adjust gradually according to the extruder design and extrusion stability.
  • Ensure that the filament is well guided between the drive gears and the entrance to the filament tube to prevent buckling or escaping through gaps.
  • For initial testing, start near a nozzle temperature of 220°C and adjust according to layer adhesion, extrusion performance, and surface finish.
  • Adjust the bed temperature according to the build-surface material and model adhesion. Use an appropriate adhesion method when necessary.
  • If bubbles, popping sounds, unstable extrusion, or increased stringing occur, dry the filament appropriately and maintain a dry printing environment.
  • After use, seal the filament with desiccant and avoid prolonged exposure to high-humidity environments.
