EX-600TR · High-Temperature Engineering UV Resin

SpiderMaker EX-600TR is an engineering UV resin that combines high rigidity with high heat resistance. It is suitable for functional parts that must retain their shape and structural stability in high-temperature environments.

After UV post-curing, printed parts achieve a heat deflection temperature above 140°C. An additional heat treatment at 160°C for 1 hour can further raise the heat deflection temperature above 200°C.

SpiderMaker EX-600TR Features

Over 140°C Heat Resistance After UV Post-Curing

After 30 minutes of UV post-curing, the measured HDT is 141.6°C. No high-temperature heat treatment is required for most high-temperature functional parts.

Over 200°C Heat Resistance After Heat Treatment

After UV post-curing, heat treatment at 160°C for 1 hour raises the HDT to 209.4°C, making the material suitable for even higher-temperature environments.

High-Rigidity Structure

After heat treatment, tensile modulus reaches 3928 MPa and flexural modulus reaches 4109 MPa, making it suitable for structural parts that require dimensional stability.

Fine Surface Quality

Produces smooth, finely detailed surfaces for engineering parts that require dimensional accuracy, appearance, and functionality.

Selectable Post-Processing According to Application

UV post-curing is suitable for general heat-resistant applications, while additional heat treatment can be used for higher-temperature applications to achieve different mechanical and thermal performance.

High-Temperature Engineering Applications

Suitable for high-temperature fixtures, mold inserts, hot-air guide parts, equipment housings, high-temperature test pieces, and other heat-resistant functional parts.

Recommended Post-Processing Procedure

Step 1 | Washing Use alcohol or isopropyl alcohol to remove uncured resin from the printed part.
Step 2 | Drying Make sure the washing liquid has completely evaporated and that the surface and internal holes are fully dry.
Step 3 | UV Post-Curing UV post-cure the printed part evenly for 30 minutes to complete the basic post-curing reaction.
Step 4 | Optional Heat Treatment To achieve an HDT above 200°C, heat-treat the part at 160°C for 1 hour.

The “UV + Heat Treatment” data in the technical table refer to 30 minutes of UV post-curing followed by heat treatment at 160°C for 1 hour.

Published settings are based primarily on a 0.05 mm layer height and Phrozen printers. Exposure, lift, and retract settings should still be adjusted according to light intensity, release-film condition, model size, and operating environment.

Use and Safety

  • After washing with alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, allow the printed part to dry completely before UV post-curing.
  • Avoid prolonged soaking in water-based cleaners, as this may affect surface quality or material performance.
  • Before heat treatment, make sure the printed part has been washed, dried, and fully UV post-cured.
  • Use equipment with precise temperature control and good ventilation during heat treatment, and prevent parts from directly contacting heating elements.
  • Thin-walled, slender, or unevenly loaded parts may deform during high-temperature heat treatment. Support them with heat-resistant fixtures and confirm the process with a test part first.
  • During prolonged exposure to high temperatures, printed parts may gradually turn brown. This is an appearance change and does not indicate immediate loss of heat resistance.
